Some of the siding on my home has faded , so we started a warranty claim to get it replaced. Per their request we sent photos of the damaged/faded siding. They are now asking me to take off a piece of the siding and mail too them. There is no way I can take off the siding myself nor should I have to pay someone to do it for me. They need too send someone to come look at it, this is very frustrating

I signed a contract with ******************************* with Greco Exteriors aka Greco Remodeling for the installation of 22 windows on my home. **** Greco guaranteed that the windows had a lifetime manufacturer warranty against glass breakage. I paid ******************************* in full for the installation. Only 20 windows were installed causing damage to the interior and exterior of my home, to include broken brick, and a damaged wooden sill. The windows were also not leveled when installed.I pointed out the damage caused to the interior and exterior of my home and **** Greco stated that the wooden sill lifted up because it was rotted. The wooden sill, was solid and had no rot. I showed ******************************* the damaged brick and he stated the brick was already like that. I advised ******************************* that the windows were not leveled and he stated that they didnt need to be. I showed **** Greco that two of the windows were never installed. ******************************* brought over the contract from his truck and used his thumb to cover the upper left corner of the second page, stating that the two windows were not listed in the contract.I reviewed my contract copy, and found that the portion of the contract **** Greco intentionally covered with his thumb showed the two windows as part of the agreement. I tried calling ******************************* but he no longer would answer his phone or return my voicemail messages. I contacted the window manufacturer and learned that the windows installed did not carry any lifetime manufacturer warranty against glass breakage. I also acquired an invoice from the manufacturer and learned that I was substantially overcharged for every window. I am still fixing the windows installed to this day. **** Greco never completed the work and caused additional damage to my home. I am only seeking reimbursement for the the two windows that were never installed. The total amount paid to **** Greco was $11,125.00 for 22 windows. I am seeking a reimbursement of $1,011.36, for the price of two windows. ($2 x $505.68 each).
