    I am rejecting this response because: Fox Valley Fire has a *** layout of all of the fire extinguishers located in the building . Please note Fox Valley Fire CREATED this file . It's not the job of *** to hold there hand to complete the work they are hired to do. The work that was preformed is unsatisfactory. At no time did Fox Valley Fire At no time did Fax Valley Fire take accountability for the failed scheduling , the failed work preformed by there Tech and the failure to provide the tech with the *** that they created. At no time did they attempt to offer anything type of explanation for the short comings of the service they gave . I email the management team they have my phone number ,but they have not contacted me to give a root cause for the failed and the poor service i have received.

    Dear BBB,

    The ************************************************* was due in October. As soon as we were aware that the service had not been scheduled we made arrangements with ***** ***** for a mutually agreed upon date, 11/18. ****, our 35 year experienced tech and his apprentice arrived,called ***** who is the contact on our work order. ***** told **** he took a vacation day and could not help him but to go ahead and do the service work.
    Our work order shows 66 ABC extinguishers to be serviced and recharged. We walked the facility and gathered 54 *** extinguishers that we took to our truck where we serviced, recharged, tagged and returned to their locations.  The remaining extinguishers were brought to us by a *** employee that does the monthly extinguisher checks and knew the locations.  We serviced those 15 ABC extinguishers but could not locate him when we were finished. Another employee allowed us to leave them in a designated area for them to return to their locations.  69 ABC extinguishers were serviced in total, and 1 FE356 Extinguisher, three more than our work ********* can ***** state that we missed 8? Where were these 8 extinguishers? ***** emailed service, sales and management the day after stating that we missed some extinguishers.  We made several attempts to schedule our tech to return the same week. No response from ***** until Friday 11/22 that no appointments will be made as they failed their internal inspection. We regret that we were not able to schedule in October, however we made accommodations **** to schedule, perform the required service and made every attempt to return to comply with Brians statement that we missed some extinguishers that we were never made aware of.

    In our first response we did acknowledge that we missed scheduling for October. We took accountability and made the service date **** in November. The *** layout was created by us in 2019, by the tech then that is no longer working for us. There was no way in our system for the current tech to know there was a layout map for this account, we take responsibility for this. See our attachment of the *** that ***** uploaded, it shows 69 green ABC extinguisher locations and 2 FE36 Extinguisher locations. See our uploaded invoice that shows 69 ABC Extinguishers serviced, 2 FE36 Extinguishers Serviced. Even without the map that ***** has, we completed all of the extinguishers, three more than what was on our work order from last year. Again, when ***** communicated to us that we missed some we offered to come back out ASAP and service them.  I'm at a loss to where these missed 8 extinguishers are located. We completed the work we were hired to do and gave opportunity to come back and service additional extinguishers that were not on our work order nor the map. We offer again to come back and service these extra extinguishers for *****.  

    Management did email ***** on Friday, November 22, stating:

    I have been working with my team on getting your facility fully compliant. I am sorry you feel we failed you despite the fact a representative of *** walked us through your facility to gather your portables. We will invoice you for work performed to date and let us know if we can be of service for you an your team moving forward.
