      STARTED ON MY BASEMENT AND HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE *** MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM AND NO ANSWER TO ME OR MY INSURANCE AGENCY

      ******************** has filed a claim with his insurance company because he had water damage. His insurance company called us out to address the issue. We were originally told by the insurance company that ******************* had full coverage for his claim. About a month after we completed the job, his insurance company told us that he had very limited coverage and that he will not have coverage to rebuild his basement. Also, We told ******************* that he may need to contact a sewer company due to the possibility that his floor drains may be filled with cat litter and cat f**** During the time we were onsite, a piece of electronics was damaged. We do not think, or at least we cannot determine that we were the cause of damage to the equipment. We are in the process of filing a claim with our insurance company so they can investigate what happened and if it is determined that we caused the damage, our insurance company will pay out on the claim. 

      We are working with our franchisor who is working with *********************** insurance company to address that additional work is needed in the basement that they have denied coverage. I have talked to *********************** insurance agent on two occasions to address what is needed. The agent appears to be comfortable that we are doing everything that we should be to address this issue. 

      I understand that ******************* is upset with the progress with how things are moving. We are doing everything we can, as fast as we can to get these issues settled.
