GND handled my insurance claim work on my home . They were professional from start to finish . The work they did was second to none . ****** managed the project and was very attentive to all my requests . I am more than pleased . My home now stands out among the rest in the neighborhood . 1 starThis company is rude and unprofessional. They forged my signature on a document to try to get 30 percent fee out of the check I received from Allstate.They didnt do or complete any work? Didnt challenge the estimate. Just scheduled an inspection and the ** was present at the time of the inspection? I told them I no longer wanted them to represent me and asked for a letter of release. They insisted on the 30 percent fee which wouldve been around $1500.00. When I pointed out the forgery and threatened legal action. They then prepared the release and sent it to my insurance company. This company is not trustworthy and should be out of business for fraudulent practices.
