    On July 8th, 2023, *************************** from J&F Paving text me to coordinate to quote new front steps for our house. We agreed to move forward with an agreement for new concrete steps, seal coating, and a discount of $200 if I paid with a check. Via text, ***** stated, "Yes, we can pull it for you." This statement was regarding permits. On July 13th, I accepted the quote and taped a check for $3,475 to the door. Via text, ***** stated, "If we won't go the permit route we can start tomorrow and be done by Saturday. If your okay with it because we aren't changing the layout is all the same exact dimensions just new." On July 17th, I text ***** to question the size of the landing by the door. It was nearly half the size! In fact, the landing at the door does not meet code. I also asked if they were bringing grass seed as they literally made a muddy driveway in our front yard. Oil drops were on the newer sidewalk from the cement truck. ***** claimed they would come by to take care of the oil drops. I was also asking about filling in the dirt they removed beside the steps as the rest of our landscaping is at risk because of exposed roots. I sent photos to ***** of all the damage that was caused to the house and yard and asked them to come back to repair and fix the landscaping. I kept asking for the owner's phone number, no response. I hired a contractor to repair the siding and flashing that was all bent up when they poured the concrete. Paid to have the tracks leveled off in the yard and planted with new grass as they left a muddy driveway in our front yard! Via text, July 23rd, ***** agreed to stop by with dirt and attempt to remove oil stains. Never showed and hasn't responded to any texts or calls since. Out top step is literally half of what it used to be and actually does not meet code.

    ***** started to redo our patio without providing a start date or a contract. We were informed that all the contracts would be handled by ***** and his company. The work was completed in July. Since August our HOA is now fining us daily because permits were never submitted to the city or to our HOA to have the patio work completed. We have tried numerous of times to text, email and call ***** and his office with no acknowledgment from them at all.
