    I hope you have someone to go out and look at this hotel. The pool is condemned by the city, the ** units don't work, it smells of marijuana, the bathtub was filled with pubic hair, there were stains on the couch, floor and black stuff all over the sheets, the bathroom towels were yellow and half shoved under the sink, there was no hand soap, the key cards half worked, the front desk staff was super rude and refused to refund our room after we pointed out all of the issues with the rooms. They eventually verbally agreed to refund since we didn't touch anything in the room and did not stay. To my surprise rather than refunding me they charged me the full stay anyways. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, should be shut down as it's clearly not up to code and someone really should go check out how this hotel is being operated. So unacceptable. We came in from out of town for a BMX tournament and my children were not even able to take a shower due to the condition of the bathroom.

    Stranded hours from home due to car issues on a weekend. Had limited funds and our IDs were digital, no physical copy. Had a relative call hotel and explain situation. Was told by employee we would be ok to check in with digital IDs and booking ID from online booking. Got to hotel, using our last funds on taxi to get there. Different employee working than who spoke to my relative. This man would not let us get a room even though it was paid for online. When we calmly tried to explain we were told we were good to check in, he screamed at us, would not let us speak and then out of nowhere told us we had to leave. Knowing the room was paid for & we had nowhere to go and no transportation. He even physically tried to push my boyfriend out of the building. I called 911. They dispatched an officer. Another employee came and diffused the situation, helping us get to a room. We told the police not to come as we had no other choice but to take the room. We were stranded hours from home until the car was fixed on Monday. We were in lobby for at least 1.5 hours dealing with this after a long day of being stranded. Got to room, springs poking out of mattress and it was tilted downward. Needed replaced years ago. Refrigerator not cold and no dial to turn it colder. Soap dispensers not working. No soap in room. Had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. 2nd night called down for clean towels and was told NO. They had no key to get towels. No other hygiene offered but 2 very small bars of soap. Almost every employee was rude and demeaning. No empathy for stranded travelers. Observed another couple come to desk, had no water in room. 2nd room already had a family in it and they were given that key, walked in on family. They wanted to leave & when asked for a refund the same employee yelled at them, refused refund and gave a 3rd room. Not one good thing about this hotel. Not one! They should not even serve customers. They are rude, combative and do not care about customer service at all.
