    I just got off the line with "***," who left a message that talked about not caring if we go to collections, that the radio they installed on our roof (as latest equipment and additional charges on the last attempt to keep internet service with their company in 2020-22) is not any good and is free and we can keep it on the roof for no charge or pay their third party persons (first $70 then $75) to remove it. He cited that I just want it for free. I told him that I pay for good service and their service hasn't been working for over a year. He didn't care. I said that's the point you don't care and that, in fact, when I called a (a few weeks back) your office knew that we were not getting service and that it was dropping off, and yet no one called to say anything about fixing it, or caring to fix it. I told him that when we agreed to their service (That they wanted to put on top of our chimney roof as its *************************************************** this area) that should we not want it anymore that they would have to take it down at their expense. (I don't believe it was a third party installer back at our first installation.) He went on to be threatening in his disregard for what was agreed upon and he cited that that contract doesn't mean a thing and that he doesn't care as he writes the contract. I asked him who he was and he stated that he was "the owner." He stated that he would help us (at our expense) but since they didn't help fix their problem (one option previously quoted was to telescope and turn it north (which is blocked by trees and a higher density in customers using that tower.). We already had one costly leak from their original installation on our roof without caulking. In fact, Im unsure of the legality of their having installed a satellite dish and radio on a fireplace chase/chimney. Since he is holding us (and I stated so) hostage to removal of their equipment (because its outdated its of no value to them.).No Service for$45mth

    We have had intermittent internet for the past 8 months with no resolution. Several service calls. They say the problem is fixed and wifi is out again today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
