    I'd give them a minus ten, if that were available for stars. This is not a professional landscaping outfit by any measure. They are reckless with their equipment such as their zero turn mowers and "weed whackers". They have damaged my lawn with their machines by scalping the grass and leaving ruts. I have seen them shredding my neighbors' skirting with their "weed whackers". They do not clean up grass cuttings and essentially leave a mess. This company is contracted by the ****************************, in **********, **, whose on site management has been unresponsive to resident complaints about damages to their siding and skirting, while insisting that residents must repair the damages, at their cost. Furthermore, the property owner has issued violation notices to residents for damages they did not inflict on their residences, with demands for residents to make the repairs or face fines.Residents, who opted in for the mowing service, had to sign an amendment to their lease agreement, which contains a "damage waiver" for the mowing services. In good faith, some residents opted in for the service, with assurances by the front office that this company does "a good job". Four times a year weed prevention and fertilizing was supposed to be included in the service, but this never materialized. Quite the opposite, the mowing company is actually seeding more weeds, crabgrass, etc., on the lawns they are mowing. Lawns have been stripped down to bare soil by their careless and unprofessional mowing.

    This company has caused extensive damage to the skirting of my mobile home. They were hired by the owners of the park to provide lawn care and there are many home owners now facing hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars worth of repairs. They use high power weed trimmers with no guard and the string is ripping apart our siding. Even after multiple families complaining to the office the damage continues. I have video proof of the trimmer ripping off huge chunk of skirting exposing our pipes to the weather and providing an entryway for animals to enter causing damage to electrical and insulation. I have professional estimates of over $1000 and there are MANY families in our community facing the same repair bills.
