    There are two big issues here. The first issue is the downspout in which I have put in three work orders since 1/31/24 to get this fixed properly on the outside of the house as they are responsible for this. After requests put on the portal and at least 6-7 phone calls that went to VM "*****" will not return my call. In addition, we are trying to get a new ********* put together because our association does not really have one. After 4 months of asking ***** to put together a meeting for the association he has failed to do so. At this point we are unclear if he is just pocketing our monthly dues or using them as they are supposed to be used, we cannot get any action from ***** on this.

    I have faulty wiring in the home that the company is responsible for maintaining. This has affected my use of the garage (no lighting or use of garage door) and certain appliances in my kitchen. Back in January 2024, I requested that maintenance be done in my garage since the door was not functioning properly. Months and months have gone by and no response to my requests online, texts, calls, or emails. Recently, I was forced to miss a day from work because I could not get the garage door to open. I called and called with no response from the company. I had an acquaintance come out to help me with the garage and was able to manually open it. It is my acquaintance's thought that there could be a short circuit since there are appliances in the kitchen also having issues. This is concerning because it could lead to a fire. How can they not do anything about this serious issue?!! I am a responsible tenant and do not deserve to be ignored!

    Hello, the Dedicated Property service *** has been unresponsive to my phone calls and emails. I sold my unit at ********************************************** on September 1st and they continued to deduct *** expenses. Now on the *** portal it says I have a negative $400 balance which the *** should refund me, but hasnt. I tried multiple avenues to contact the business, but no response.

    The company in question is the *** for *********** association and I have gone weeks if not months with no response to any phone calls or emails. I am trying to sell *********** and my attorney has tried to be in contact with the property management company and has not received a response. Theyre in ability to respond to our request is jeopardizing the sale of my house. I have also proof of countless maintenance request submitted through the online portal that have not been resolved. These maintenance request, including emptying a public a garbage can managed by our association which is causing a foul odor in our neighborhood.
