      I ASKED WHAT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR AND THE ***** PERSON SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. THEN MY CREDIT SCORE WENT FROM ABOVE 650 TO BELOW 580 BECAUSE THEY RAN MY CREDIT REPORT 10 TIMES (TWICE AT MULTIPLE PLACES ON DIFFERENT DAYS).

      I am rejecting this response because:  I was never asked to run my credit, nor did I fill out a credit application.  The dealership decreased my credit worthiness and greatly lowered my credit score.  The dealership's response is ignorant and speaks for the credit bureaus.  I would like the dealership to provide proof for each credit inquiry made on me.  If they cannot, they should have to complete retractions with every creditor that ran my credit which caused a significant decrease to my credit scores.

      Hello All,

      The reason the screen shot shows incomplete is because the customer information is deleted in our system for security purposes automatically at 14 days after submission of application.

      Biggers Mazda was only able to send this application to banks with the personal information and authorization provided by ************* on 11/26/2023.

      There is one inquiry from Biggers Mazda, the remaining are from the banks we use for financing.

      I am rejecting this response because: BBB, I do not accept the response from the business. Showing me incomplete application material from an internal system that I never put information into is not sufficient reason to pull my credit 10 times or more.
