    ***************************** from Chicagoland pool Works LLC was paid $3,000 cash as a down payment and its been over 1 month and they have not restored my pool. I have sent multiple call and text messages and they have now blocked my number. They kept telling me someone would come out and continued to give me the runaround. I have requested a refund and no one is calling me back. I will be pursuing this legally.

    These guys did the same to my poor mothers pool. Not enough sand on the bottom. You could ************** under when you step in there. They lied to her everyday saying yes we will be there to start the pool , and lied for a whole week straight never showing up. My mother complained about what was wrong and he blocked her number and didnt apologize or offer to fix the issue. These guys need to stop running a business if they are not going to own up to their mistakes.
