    Requested quote for replacement of 9 windows and a patio door in our townhome. They came back in reasonable time (a week or less). Good communication (text, email, phone). Honored my special requests, delivered and installed the items in reasonable time (about 5-6 weeks). Good quality, happy with the windows. Minor issues addressed immediately.Note, windows are not their primary business (see below).The same company replaced the siding, roofing and gutters for all buildings in our HOA, Parkside on the Green, ********, ** (about 70 or more buildings), over two years. Owners had few complaints, The work was finished before the deadline, within budget.

    Terrible company to work with. I have been chasing them down for months for an estimate to replace my windows for the whole house. It is a big enough project for them to want to do it but after they came inside my house and measured and did whatever they needed to do to write up an estimate, it has been 2 months and nothing from them. When I call them, they say they will have someone call back but no one calls back.
