    I received a grandmothers clock from this company around 50 years ago. The main spring stopped working. I called Black Forest and was given instructions on what parts I needed to send them to fix my clock. Black Forest required full payment up front. I mailed my non working clock parts to Black Forest along with a $500. check dated 12-23-2022. Check #****.I have called every two weeks since the middle of February and am told. It was almost ready, then it was ready and would be mailed out to me. Two weeks later, I was told Oh I forgot to mail it. Now they don't answer their phone.
