      My wife and I placed our order on March 16, 2025, and were initially told we might receive delivery as soon as the next day. After further checking, ******* (the manager at your Naperville store) updated the estimate to March 24. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of a frustrating series of miscommunications, shifting delivery dates, and conflicting information. Our delivery estimate moved repeatedly from April 5, to April 15, to April 26 (as a PO), and finally to May 9. At no point were we given proactive updates; I had to initiate every inquiry. Store associates cited a backorder at the Tempur-Pedic factory as the cause, but when I contacted Tempur-Pedic directly, they confirmed there were no delays on their end. On May 6, I received a call from ***** the assistant manager at the ********** location, informing me the full order was ready for next-day delivery. I had to point out that the bedframes were still missing, which made that statement inaccurate. The following day, I was told again that delivery could proceed on Saturday and that only two orders (four bedframes) were in the queue raising further questions about the earlier claims of delays due to high volume. Amid this ongoing confusion, I want to acknowledge one positive experience: ******** at your Frankfort store. When I reached out through the national customer service line, she was the only representative who was knowledgeable, courteous, and proactive. Her follow-through and professionalism stood out and should be commended. Despite her efforts, after nearly two months of delays and contradictory information, I canceled my order on May 8, 2025 with the Naperville store as confirmed by ******. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve communication, consistency, and accountability across your locations.

      Horrible service *** regional manager in charge of the Chicago stores will not return phone calls back - they sell product that's on back order just to make a sale even though they state don't worry it will be delivered by this day, that day comes no one shows up your call the store for them to say sorry its on back order - you complain to the regional manager, he tells you he will call you back by a certain day yet you get no call back at all - you cant leave a message as his voicemail is not set up, you text him and zero replies back .. you call the store and they tell you oh yea he is aware to call you back don't know why he is not doing it and btw we cancelled your order per his instructions, when all you had asked was for a call back .. don't buy from American mattress they will sell a product that's it in stock and give you the run around - I tried to call an executive to give feedback and all you get from the corporate office is yea besides the owner *** in ******* is the only person you can talk to and yea you can't talk to the owner **** sorry.

      American Mattress bought US mattress and failed to compete orders. I have many email from ** mattress saying American mattress is supposed to resolve all issues. I did receive a very small refund but refused to assist in the replacement order. Its my good guess ** and American mattress companies own hundreds of not thousands of customers refunds and replacements perhaps a Class action suit is require
