  Rent great is definitely the best rental service Ive found in *******. The pricing was way better than I expected for the value and they made everything go super smoothly. Never had any issues and would recommend to anyone.

  In addition to living in a well-maintained and safe building, the Rent Great team is always so responsive and helpful. They always put in a little extra effort to ensure things are addressed or solved quickly and I'm always so impressed in every interaction I have with them. I highly, highly recommend their properties and outstanding people associated with them.

  Its hard to give Rent Great 1 star because maybe they deserve 2 because they are single handedly responsible for why I became a homeowner. *** never felt so betrayed as when my rent raised 20% in a single year. But then it rained in my apartment for 3 days and they didnt do anything. And then there was a mice infestation and all they would do was lay traps. I would not recommend renting from this company. I advise you to look for a private landlord.

  We loved living at our apartment in the ******* Square/Ravenswood area. RentGreat actually cares about their tenants - they were always responsive and friendly to ** in the 3 years we lived there. I've lived in a lot of apartments in ******* and RentGreat was by far the best landlord. Thank you for everything!

  I lived at RentGreat for a satisfying 2 years. The decision was initially driven by the combination of affordability and the apartment's prime location within a vibrant ******* neighborhood. The unit's overall condition during move-in was impressive a clean and well-maintained space. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional maintenance and responsiveness of the rental company. Issues and repairs were swiftly addressed, and communication with both the landlords and grounds staff was hassle-free. The amenities included water, combined heating and electric bills, and an in-unit washer and dryer combo a convenient touch with the option of communal facilities on the ground level. Being on the top floor offered a tranquil living environment, although occasional noise requests from downstairs neighbors did occur. Safety was a plus, with the complex surrounded by schools and minimal late-night disturbances. The leasing office staff maintained a high level of professionalism and effective communication throughout. In terms of inconveniences or negatives, my time there was remarkably issue-free. Even the process of moving out was seamless, with ample time to make decisions, re-sign leases, and transition to new tenants. Overall, RentGreat provided a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

  Overall, I can't recommend Rentgreat.com enough to anyone in the market for a new rental property like me. As a newcomer to the city, the platform's user-friendly interface, high-quality listings, excellent communication tools, and strong emphasis on community feedback make it a game-changer in the world of apartment hunting. I was able to find an amazing apartment stress-free and with confidence. The team at rent great was extremely helpful and has made my move quite easy. Any issues (which are limited) that I have encountered have been addressed ASAP, which shows the dedication and overall high-quality of the tenants.

  Ever since leaving college I have lived in many properties, mainly as a tenant, but Rentgreat has provided excellent service, transparent communication, and amenities unparalleled to previous rental situations I have been apart of. The client first approach is obvious here, as emails and phone calls are answered quickly, as well as the urgency with repairs and renovations.
