    I had rustproofing done by ******** ********************* taken over by ********) on 3 vehicles going back to 2004 & was VERY pleased, which is why I went back to them (now ********) for my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, even though now I live in ********* IN & had to drive 2.5 hours. Unfortunately **** (****?) who did the rustproofing for J&R retired, & now the son of the former J&R owner, ****** (*******?) did my rustproofing; the results were abysmal. They finished right at closing & I didn't notice how bad it was before I paid. I went out & looked it over a few minutes after closing. Large smudges of undercoating & rustproofing gummy stuff were smeared all over, & it had scratches where ****** apparently dragged a hose around the bumper! Thankfully *** & ****** were still there, so I showed them. They were very apologetic & had the lone remaining tech work with 3M adhesive remover to get the gunk off & use a polishing wheel to polish out most scratches (there are still scratches!). While cleaning it up we popped the hood, & noticed it was completely missing any rustproofing in the wheel *****! Not only did ****** ************** up my Jeep, I cant even be confident he rustproofed everything he was supposed to rustproof!*** refunded the rustproofing (he really should've refunded EVERYTHING) & promised me he would try to find a dealer closer to me (Lafayette IN) that applies The Treatment rustproofing so I could get it re-applied without having to drive 2.5 hours back to ***. A few days later I hadn't heard from *** so I called & he said he was working on finding someone & would get back with me. A couple days later I still hadn't heard from him so I called again & he said The Treatment apparently doesn't have any dealers closer to ********* IN than ***, and that he was working with *** (former owner of J&R) to figure out what they could do for me and he'd call me back. So I waited, and waited, and its been weeks, and they never called me back. Thus, this review.

    April 2022 paid *** to install aftermarket audio system into my 2017 ***** Tahoe. Starting the very first day Ive experienced problems from installation. Have returned maybe 10 times since initial work was preformed, every time having same technician work on my vehicle. When someone different was given work assignment he found all problems stemmed from improper installation. Meaning original installer simply put it in wrong. One problem remains, its an electrical issue. *** probably spent upwards of $1500 trying to solve this issue. The vehicle has died failed to start numerous times. Ive replaced the battery 3 times, the alternator twice. Its only a matter of time till current battery or alternative fails. *** called and asked that entire system be removed and job done over from start. Since other issues were found to be original install mistakes maybe this one will be too. After this request was made was told management had to be informed and consulted. Since that request was made Ive not heard from anyone. I paid full price for this work. But what I got was not what I requested. If I paid with a check that ultimately bounced Im sure this business would have a problem with that. This problem needs to be rectified.
