This company took my order and shipped broken products after 2 weeks. When I called them they said to file a claim online. I did and they responded after 4 days and said they will send me a label to pick up the broken product and will credit my account. I never received the label nor the refund. I tried calling them and they don't answer. On 4/1/25 I ordered a painted fender for a '14 Camry. I recieved my part on 4/22/25 (within the estimated delivery window) and it looked great but was damaged presumably during shipping. The part was bent and dented. The fender was wrapped well in a custom made fender shaped box, but was not in a box suitable to prevent the fender from being bent in transport. I fiied a shipping damage claim on the companies website as directed by customer service the next day within the 48 hr window required. I recieved a confirmation message saying someone would reach out in 1-2 buisness days. It has been over 2 weeks; I have called 17 times during thier listed hours. They have confirmed they have my claim but will not get back to me with next steps. Thier voicemail boxes are always full. They have begun to dodge my calls (if they don't answer I call with a different number to get them to pick up) and then promptly get transfered to another line with a full voicemailbox. I just want a refund, or a new part shipped. At this point they just need to contact me with next steps to make this right.Initial Complaint

I submit an order for a painted bumper for my 2022 Kia ******* GT2 in March 2025. It cost over $800 and took over a month to receive. When I received it, I had to wait a few more weeks for all of the rest of my parts to arrive so that they can be installed behind the bumper. Once I began work on installing the new bumper, I noticed it didnt fit. Upon closer inspection, I assume it was for a GT-Line trim, which has different body lines. I immediately called the company and someone picked up quickly. They advised me to file a claim online. I did so and uploaded pictures. This was probably around early April. I gave it a week or so before I started following up. It is now May and I have emailed, I have called everyday, and I have now left ****** reviews and am now contacting BBB. I cant do anything with this bumper. Obviously, I needed my bumper that day. So I want a return and a refund. Im not paying anything to do so. This is their mistake and they are dodging all of their customers left and right. This needs to be addressed and this company penalized.Initial Complaint

I placed an order to received a bumper that was painted to match the color of my vehicle. When I received the bumper it was the incorrect color. I sent them an email regarding the issue. They told me to place a mismatch claim. I did so on the 9th of April. They didnt get back to me so I emailed them back a week later and its been radio silence ever since.Initial Complaint

March 6th I ordered what I believed was going to be a original equipment manufacturer (***) bumper. I also paid for this part to be painted by the merchant before shipping. On the merchants website the part is listed as an *** part. Also the website says that this part must be inspected and signed as received. I bought more than one item from this merchant. On 3/25/25 I received a text message from a shipping company stating my package was out for delivery and needed no signature. I didnt receive an email from the merchant saying the order was shipped until 1 hour before the package was on my doorstep. Because the text message stated it wouldnt need a signature, I believed it was something else that I ordered. I was totally unaware that the bumper was the item dropped off on my porch without a signature. When I got home thats when I realized there was a bumper sitting on my porch. I opened the box and immediately noticed that it was not the *** bumper that I purchased. Instead it is aftermarket. Also upon inspection I noticed the paint is defective and is also uneven everywhere. I have gone back and forth in emails with this merchant who denies responsibility for misleading me into buying an aftermarket part with poor paint quality when I was told the part is ***. I also told them about all of the manufacturers defects in the paint and they told me to fix it myself. It cannot be fixed. I have offered to ship the item back for a refund if they provide me an shipping label. They will not do that for me. They are requesting that I pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I feel like that is unfair and that this company is scamming customers by saying that they sell *** ********************** when in fact they are aftermarket. In the picture that I uploaded from the merchants website, it contains the same exact bumper that I purchased off the website and you can see clearly that it is listed as an *** bumper and says nothing about it being aftermarket.Initial Complaint

I placed order #******* with Painted Auto Parts/Chicago Auto Body Parts on January 28, 2025, for six specific **** A3 parts with a total cost of $1,678.64, including $275 for shipping. On January 30, 2025, they canceled two critical parts (front bumper lower air shield and grille) without prior notice, while charging me the full $275 shipping fee for the remaining four items.I specifically chose this vendor because they appeared to have all six parts in stock in one location, justifying the substantial $275 shipping charge. When I contacted customer service on March 12, 2025, they confirmed the canceled items are still not in stock. I requested either: 1) they obtain and ship the missing parts as originally ordered, or 2) compensate me for the additional costs I now face.The customer service representative denied any wrongdoing, became aggressive during our conversation, and refused both options. They insisted I would need to pay for a second shipping charge even if they eventually got the parts in ******** a result of their failure to fulfill my order, I am requesting a partial refund of $527.03, which represents:Lower Cover:- Original Seller: $50.78 - New Seller: $85.40 - Price Difference: +$34.62 Grille:- Original Seller: $439.00 - New Seller: $759.91 - Price Difference: +$320.91 Additional Shipping:- New Seller Shipping: $171.50 Total additional costs: $527.03 This amount represents the actual additional expenses I must now pay due to the company's inventory issues and unwillingness to make the situation right. On August 26th I ordered a part from Painted Auto Parts. The part that was sent did not match the description. I sent/received 17 emails trying to get a return authorization. The part should have been returnable within their return policy as it was not painted. To date, I have not received a return authorization. The total of the part was $177.40Initial Complaint

The business is supposed to send me painted car body parts, with the certifications that i requested. Instead, they willingly took my money for CAPA certified parts, sent me cheaper parts that I didn't pay for or ask for, without my parts that I ordered and paid for. Now that they have over $1000 from me, they won't reply to emails. They've tricked me, knowingly stole from me, and aren't willing to work with me. I demand they give me all of my money back in full, because this has been going on for over a month now, and I demand that they send me the correct CAPA certified auto body parts. If they can't do that, they need to be shut down. They show up first on the front page of ******* and they're professional scammers. This is just the first order, I have the number and reciept for the other transaction as well. There were two transactions total.
