    Paid over ****** for a plan ticket. Have in writing that the ticket is refundable . We were told not to change anything in the ticket as stated from the below:As mentioned before, this is an award booking, which was paid with our corporate points. You will see our companys contact details in the online reservation. I must ask you not to change any of these details, like the email and phone number, and not to add any FF numbers. Its important to know that passengers flying with mileage tickets do not earn any frequent flyer points My husband inadvertently added our FF which we immediately called and informed them. They called us back 2 days later and said not to change anything else. In the recorded call, he states the ticket is refundable and changeable . The business called today and stated they will only refund a very small portion of the ticket. Please help

    I purchased tickets *******-***-******* from Busness Skies (agent ***********************) and paid $3,533.70. Booking reference OM8315. Due to the war in ******, the airline cancelled all flights. Turkish Airlines informed me their policy is full reimbursement but since I purchased via an agent, I must refer to the agent. I was refunded only $2,500 -- a significant difference in spite of my protestations. ******, with whom I spoke, did all she could do but was limited by company policy.

    I am rejecting this response because:I am till dissatisfied with the companys respond I reviewed a small portion of the sum I paid. The airline cancelled the flight with no action on my part. No voucher was received, nor would I accept any such.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. The refund was partial. I did not cancel the flight; ******* Airlines did. I should therefore be accorded a full refund.

    2. In light of ******* Airlines handling of this matter, I am unwilling to accept a voucher from that company and will not fly with ******* again. I AM willing to accept a voucher for the vendor if it will make up the full difference between my cost and the refund, will allow me to choose their airline and will be valid for transactions at least until December 2025. I do have international travel plans.

    I wish to add that I used this vendor repeatedly in the past through their agent -- *********************** -- and was very pleased both with his and their service. I would be happy to put this disagreement to rest and to revert to using them again. I have since travelled internationally thrice and intentionally avoid-ded using their services. I believe it would have been best all around had the vendor chosen to resolve this matter without my needing to refer it to BBB. However, I do appreciate the fact that the vendor is responding to my complaint via BBB and commend him for doing so. I look forward to a happy resolution.
