    We scheduled our dryer vent to be cleaned on 7/16. Originally they confirmed our appointment for 10 AM to 12 PM. That morning I received a phone call stating they could not come at that time and that it would have to be around 1:00 PM. At 1:30 PM, the tech was still not here, so I texted asking if they were still coming and what time I could expect them. The tech let me know that they would be here in 35 minutes. He ended up getting here an hour later. He let my husband know that he did what he could do with his equipment to clean the dryer vent, but he thinks there is a block and that we would need to call a plumber (which of course he had a plumber to recommend us) because he thinks moisture is getting in the duct from our washing machine. I have attached a picture of what he removed from our vent. After he was done, we were not able to use our dryer and nothing was coming out of the exhaust. We were charged $120 for 3 minutes of work and we were left without a functioning dryer. My husband asked if he could try using his equipment from the inside and the tech said that it would make no difference. After the tech left, we took a leaf blower and got a significant amount of lint out of the duct and fixed our own problem. I have also attached a picture of this.We are requesting a refund for the inconvenience as well as the fact that we were very disappointed in the service
