      False Advertising Dont expect to pay their web advertised prices. It is false advertising. Oh sorry, our ad only says install and delivery includedwe charge separately to cut and fabricate on top of our online prices. Oh your project is 21 sqft, yea we require 30 sqft minimum for that price.......neither of which are mentioned anywhere or in the fine print of web advertising! They make you drive to their store and waste your time for the quote just to find out it is substantially more than what is online!My 2 examples of their FALSE ADVERTISING:1)Marble advertised on web site for $55/sqft x 21 sqft project = $1,155. Sorry, you have to order 30 sq ft minimum to get that price. Ok.. 30 x $55 = $1,650. By the time they are done s******* me around I was quoted at $1,960.00 $805 over web advertised price. ~70% increase over web advertised price that does not mention minimum sqft or fabrication additional!2)Quartz advertised on web site for $65/sqft x 21 sqft project = $1,365. Sorry, you have to order 30 sq ft minimum to get that price. Ok.. 30 x $65 = $1,950. By the time they are done s******* me I was quoted at $ ******** $772.20 over web advertised price. ~56% increase over web advertised price that does not mention minimum sqft or fabrication additional!

      On 8/16/2022 this company came to my home to measure for 3 pieces of quartz. For one cabinet that was at the end of the room, I asked the measurement tech to measure the countertop to be flush with the end of the room, and he agreed to do this. I got my quote for the countertop, and this piece was listed as 9 13/16" (in the front and back of the piece) by 25 1/2". This is shown in the attached proposal which was accepted by me on 8/20/2022 for $2,680.70. They came and installed the countertops on 8/26/2022, and I noticed that this piece did not look right, and I could tell that the installers thought it looked off too. They tried to say that this was because an end panel was installed after the measurement, however this does not change where the wall was at which I asked the measurement tech to measure to. After they left, I decided to measure the countertop and it was 9 11/16" in the back and 9 12/16" in the front, which is not what I agreed to on the proposal. I have photos I can provide but will not include on here to avoid confusion. I asked for a replacement, and they agreed/confirmed that the replacement would be 9 13/16" on both the front and the back, as shown in the attached screenshots of emails. They came and installed the replacement piece on 9/9/2022 while I was out of town, and it is 9 9/16" in the back, and 9 11/16" in the front. This is even worse than the piece originally installed. The photos are attached of the measurements. I have reached out to them via email and phone call, I spoke to someone in a different department and asked to speak to the owner, she would not let me, and said I need to speak to scheduler who is not taking my phone calls.
