    I placed an order with this company on December 20, 2024. As of today January 22, 2025 it has not shipped. I have tried to contact them through telephone and email. Their telephone number is always busy. I have emailed them about 6 times requesting for a status or a refund if they can't fill my order. I only get automated responses from their emails. I would not recommend doing business with this company or any of their companies under different names (Curv Group LLC or Statik.

    I placed an order on 12/21/24 received confirmation @ 10:27am. I promptly requested a refund @ 10:34 on 12/21/24. Continued to email and call (calls do not go through) for 3 more days no response back. I filed a claim thru ******* ************************************************************************ I have followed all the requirements on their website for a refund. They are claiming that my item has now shipped and I will have to refuse (impossible) or return it and then Ill get a refund. Based on other responses and reviews about this company they have no plans to honor that.

    **************** is horrible. They wait weeks to replay to email requests and I have not received a refund for an order I returned on 26 Jan 2024. Today is 16 March 2024. This company should be flagged. I am resorting to legal action to receive my money back.

    After the checkout part of their website a message pops up tricking you into purchasing something you didn't want. Before you even realize you accepted the "offer" you are in the receipt screen. This happened to me. I, immediately, contacted the company asking them to change or cancel my order. Referencing the Return section of their website, if you want to cancel your order you can contact them immediately to have it cancelled. They don't have a phone number or any way to contact support other than their email address. I sent the email within minutes of the erroneous purchase. I received a response four days later saying I was "too late" and my order already shipped. They actually apologized for their service being too fast! They did tell me I could "refuse delivery" and they would refund my purchase. I don't know how you refuse a delivery of something left in your mailbox, so I asked. They gave me a link and said it would allow me to refuse delivery. So I explored the link and found that it was just the tracking information. The only way to get my money back is to return the purchase and pay for shipping. What an awful company.

    Im started working with ******************* in 8/15/2023 to find the perfect loan for my dream house. He run my credit and find two options; today 12/14/23 after they ruined my credit with ****************** my credit report I still dont buying my house. Plus reducing the opportunity to be a home owner aver 75 percent. Never trust keysmart in this important step in your life.
