    I hire task rabbit to put together my **** closet system . Well I booked the appointment and the two separate takers are assigned . Well the taskers did not want to work together because they didnt know each other . So I had to cancel the appointment and lost my slot. I went back to **** to explain what happened and they reached out to task rabbit and told them that they had to address the issue and clear this up. I reach task rabbit again and they give me a ***** credit. So my bill from 945 minus ***** which will bring it to 920. Well ****** completed the job the next day and sent 2 invoice when there should be only have been one . I had to call task rabbit again and tell them I was over charged on my credit card and my ***** discount they provide was not applied. Well after the *** kept dismissing me and tried to tell me the price was right. I had to send a screen shot of the original price of 945 . So they finally adjusted it but refused to give back the ***** dollar credit . Horrible service and horrible experience dealing with this business.

    This is not a complaint regarding Taskmaster. it is another company which we have nothing to do with. please address the correct company. Taskmaster is my brand which has nothing to do with the person's complaint.
