    I order a green hose heater back in September 2023 and the unit stop working 2 months later I contacted the seller directly and told them that the unit stopped working they said that it was back order but they will send me a new unit early December to late December is already March this week and I haven't received anything yet from them I have contacted them many times with no results please help
