BOX *********************** www.lynden.com/logistics ***** LOGISTICS STAFF TOLD ME BEFORE 6/20/24 THAT MY FREIGHT SHIPMENT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ATECH IN **********, ** TODAY, AND THAT ATECH WOULD DELIVER IT TO ME TOMORROW, 6/25/25. IT HAS SAT IDLE IN A WAREHOUSE/HOLDING FACILITY ALL FRIDAY, SATURDAY, **************** (TODAY). LYNDEN LOGISTICS IS NOT PERFORMING THEIR FIDUCIARY DUTY TO PERFORM SERVICES IN THE **** PROMISED.

    Lynden Logistics is an award-winning transportation and logistics company that strives to ensure our service consistently meets and exceeds our customers expectations.  In this case, however, it must be noted that the complainant was not the bill to party (paying party) on the transaction and, therefore, Lynden Logistics had no contractual obligation to meet his service expectation. 

    Lynden Logistics bill to party (our customer) for this transaction was Express Packaging & Crating, located at **************************************************************  This is the company through which conveyance of the commodity shipped (one door) was arranged, presumably by the commoditys seller or manufacturer.  Through follow up communications with our customer, Express Packaging & Crating, concerning this complaint, we confirmed the service expectation of Lynden Logistics for this transaction needed to meet the following criteria:

    - Contact the consignee (complainant) to schedule a residential delivery
    - Make final delivery within a reasonable time frame of up to two weeks from shipment departure date

    This shipments departure date was Tuesday June 18, 2024,and it was delivered to the complainant via scheduled delivery on Wednesday,June 26, 2024.  The shipment totaled eight days in transit and was received well before our customers stated allowable transit time of up to two weeks.  In this case, Lynden Logistics fulfilled our contractual obligation to our customer,Express Packaging & Crating.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Shipment sat idle at Lynden Logistics for 4 days, only 1 hour from the next transfer to **********, **********. Unacceptable waste of time causing my install schedule to affected.
