    I have ordered hundreds of dollars of tobacco from tobaccostock.com this year - it's never crushed or dried out... And every time it gets out here to ******* in about a week...******

    The tobaccogeneral.com website is archaic and very glitchy. It checked me out before I even hit submit. Also added more items to my cart than I selected. I 100% will not do business with them again. It just isn't safe. It's a shame because their cigars are very fresh. But honestly, I couldn't confidently use tobaccogeneral.com again.

    We are sorry that had an issue while placing your order and that you put it down to our website work. We did not have any similar complaints before yours, after your complaint we checked our website anyway and there were no reasons for it to just "blink and place an order instead of a customer" - especially every time when you have been placing your order, according to your description of the problem. We kindly ask you to make sure that everything is fine on your end because the order on our website cannot be placed without the age check, and the age check happens after you finished adding products to your cart, it also cannot be passed without your participation - you must enter your date of birth your self, so there is no any chances for the order to be placed by "blinking the screen".Best regards, Tobacco General

    I've read some scary reviews about tobacco General. This is not one of those. If fact, just the opposite. My first order I bought 3 1 pound bags of OHM, 10 cartons of gambler tunes, a tops T2 roller, and a gambler handheld roller for a backup. Ordered Wednesday, February 8th and got my package the Monday February 13th. As for sticks, there was maybe 5 total out of the 3 bags. Outstanding! I just ordered my 2nd 3 1 pound bags and 10 cartons of gambler tunes on Wednesday March ********* just got them today Saturday March 11th. Wow! Super fast! Absolutely no issues with this company. Outstanding service. I will be a regular monthly customer for the foreseeable future. And the shipping is reasonable at *****. Extremely glad I found this company online. Saving ton of loot now. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't. If you want quality, look no further than tobacco general.
