******* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are lying, thieving scumbags. They treated me like garbage over the phone. The woman dispatcher is a VILE human who talked to me with zero respect and carried on like I was a prisoner and she was a prison guard. She kept hanging up on me for no reason and acted very annoyed when I would call back. They provided me with a quote before I agreed to the service, and it was well above what every other tow truck company wanted to charge. Because my vehicle was immobile and parked in a spot where I could not leave it, I had no choice but to utilize their services because my time was very limited and no one else could get there quickly.Upon arrival, the driver tried to squeeze me for an extra $75 (bringing my tow fee to a whopping $325) because he claimed the vehicle was parked in a position that was difficult to hook up. Apparently, $75 would make that difficulty magically disappear. I told him to forget it and that I would hire another tow truck driver. The dispatcher lady then called me and told me that my only choices were to pay the addition charge and take the tow, or to be charged the full amount, minus the $75, even though I wasn't getting the tow. This is after she had verbally itemized the bill as $150 for the initial hook up, $50 for fuel, and then X amount of dollars for each mile that we drove (about 15 miles). Having decided that I was finished dealing with these pirates, I wished her good luck in successfully extracting the money from me. Despite the fact that the car was never hooked up, she tried to run my credit card for the full amount. Nice try, lady. Didn't happen. Not to this guy. Funny, she didn't have anything to say to me after that, snarky or otherwise. She didn't call me again, either, because SHE KNEW that I wouldn't have to tolerate any more of her lip. I would not have bothered to write this review if that woman would have treated me with the SLIGHTEST bit of respect. You reap what you sow, lady.
