GGF held our freight hostage, demanded a wire transfer for the current shipment and the previous shipment that GGF hauled for my company. I have been in the Transportation industry for 25 years and I have never dealt with someone who committed fraud so easily. ******************* (Dispatcher) is truly a professional at holding a load hostage. She knew exactly how much info to give out to make it appear that her truck was at our customer to deliver. She sent pictures of the truck (at the facility) convinced me and my department that the driver was actually delivering. She did all this to get the money wired directly to her. This is a violation of all that we stand for in this industry. There has to be "some" trust in order to do business. We vetted the carrier, but part of this hostage scenario was to demand that the we take down any negative reports on GGF in order for them to deliver. We complied, to save a sliver of a relationship with our customer, who has since severed ties with us. This situation has put a stain on The trucking industry. I can say with a clean conscience that GGF is one of the worst carriers I've eve done business with.
