5 starsNew Edge Improvement installed our new roof 05-21-2021. Roofing team very professional tradesmen; this roof was somewhat difficult with 4 sharp peaks; crew safely removed old roofing and installed new roofing; removal from premises of old materials including nails very thorough; one tradesman came back next morning to again thoroughly inspect area for any additional debris. I appreciated that very much. New gutters were installed soon afterward, also well done. Roofing product very good; so far has withstood two severe storms with high winds, including the 06-14-2022 "supercell" which had brought down trees and utility posts in our Broadview / North Riverside area. The manager of the project was a gentleman named G---; he was patient to clearly answer my questions, and he followed the project from start to completion. He himself actually came out to repair a leak prior to the installation to tide us over until installation, without any extra charges. We had to save up for this project, but I felt the rate was fair and reasonable. I wish to thank them for a job well done.Review fromAgata K

Our home required some extensive work after a storm, including roof, siding, and gutters and they made the process seamless. **** is an expert who worked diligently with our insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. He worked with his teams with a hands on approach to make sure the work was completed. The teams were always on time, did the work expertly, and went truly above and beyond.Review fromCelina M

5 starsWe had new roof shingles installed, gutters, garage door and few other smaller things. Everything went very smoothly, the roof itself was done in two days. **** was very honest, knowledgeable and responsive. He advised us on what upgrades we would and wouldn't benefit from and he even offered some color suggestions.New Edge Improvement helped us deal with the insurance claim and even though the process was rather long, everything was processed to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the New Edge Improvement's services and I would recommend them to anybody who needs roofing work done. **** and his team exceeded my expectations. I interviewed multiple contractors before I called New Edge Improvement and I am so glad I waited. They are honest and down to earth. I highly recommend them!!

I initially spoke with New Edge project manager, *****************, regarding necessary repairs to a shingled roof, extensive brick work and tuckpointing at my home. On the scheduled day, the work crew arrived, on time, with the required equipment/materials and the job was expertly completed, without delay, by very experienced craftsman. Afterwards the clean up was meticulous, leaving no debris or any indication work was even done. Each of the workers was polite, conscientious and very professional. I will call them, again, for any future projects.New Edge Improvement Co.
