      Terrible customers service from staff in accounting department....very aggressive and unprofessional.

      I m the president of *** ************** *** from *******, a trailer leasing company that used trailer repair services in ********************** Repair shop in ************. We tried to make a bad review on ****** and We noticed that They controlled making bad reviews on their ****** profile, only a user can see it but not others. Their 5 star reviews are mostly fake. We took our trailer **** for brake services on the 12th December 2022. **** told us that We needed to change the calipers , the rotors, the pads. They did not mention that they wanted to put some rebuild calipers. ********************** Repair charged us ******* $ for those repair services. On the 22nd April , 2023 We had the brake problems again and it was on one of our axle. That ***ident happened in *********. Our axle got blocked. Due to the explanations of the shop Interstate Diesel , Merx mechanics did not install the brakes properly. We were charged 3547.12$. The manager ***** of **** promised us a check for those repairs. That promise was fake, an empty story to buy time. On the 20 June, we took the trailer to an other shop for a DOT inspection. They found that an older caliper was there , a bad rotor, pads and wheel seals, bearing set. We were charged 3.179.58 $. There are the legit receipts for those repairs and the taken pictures.We were contacted by ***** from **** and we were told that they did not want to settle it to pay for it. We had to hire an attorney for this case and We are taking a lawsuit against ********************** Repair, Merx Global. We do not recommend anyone to have any repair services in Merx because you will be double , or more times charged for the same things.
