      My 2nd time using this company for warehouse storage and delivery and they did not disappoint! Very professional, on time and fair with pricing. Will continue to use them for our properties in Florida. Shout out to Terrence and Doc (delivery crew) for knocking out the delivery efficiently!

      I contracted with Arrow Trans Corp to move us 30 miles north. We were moving from a two bedroom condo on the 17th floor to a single level home. Having moved many times before, I was very happy with their price (it was a by the hour move). The crew arrived early, worked steady and wrapped everything very thoroughly. They dealt well with the elevators moving out and quickly unloaded at the house end. They also put down cardboard to protect our new white carpets. Unfortunately, a corner of our king size bed frame was damaged in the move. Knowing the legal guidelines stating how movers can reimburse by weight, I almost didn't even submit a claim. However, I am glad I did because Sherly G. in customer service, made a very reasonable "good faith" offer, which was above what the law required. Was it enough to replace the bed frame? No, but it was more than they had to offer. Accidents are going to happen. If you can't stand the thought of that, then you need to move everything yourself (and you will still break something). I am very happy with Arrow Trans Corp and I would use them again and not hesitate to recommend them.

      Terrence and Fred made my move so easy and stress free. They were very quick, efficient and careful. I would always recommend them to anyone! Also, Frank from management was extremely transparent about price and time allocation throughout the entire process so there was no surprises. He even called me the day of the move to make sure everything was going smoothly. This is a great company!

      The best moving company I have done business with. ***** *., *****,and **** *. were awesome with moving my stuff. They were very helpful and took the time out to help with rearranging my furniture so that it would fit perfectly in my apartment. They worked really hard today. If I could give them a million stars I would. The price was also very affordable. Thank you guys again for all the help. Will definitely be using them again.

      I had a great Arrow Trans Corp my belongings. Nothing got broken & the guys were extremely efficient. I was a little nervous bcuz of the timing, But ***** ******* & ******* was all about the business, (+they made it look like fun) and I slept well that night considering how well the move went. Oh & the young lady holding down the fort Ms. ****************** was on point as well. Blessings to you all.

      ****, ****** and ******* are amazing representatives of your company. They worked together as a really great team and they worked nonstop in sweltering heat. They were kind and helpful in a way that went above and beyond. These young guys could teach their peers a thing or two. They were quiet while working and very professional. Not that we would look forward to moving again, but if we had to I would want these 3.
