I was involved in a multi car accident on 2/3/24. A vehicle crashed into the car behind me and that car hit me. 4 cars total. Now months after the fact, Paramedic Billing is invoicing me for various services and situations that were not applicable to me. The first invoice referenced hazmat response. My car did not leak any fluids and left the scene under its own power. I spoke with the company and provided the insurance information for the party at fault. I figured that would be the end of the situation. I get invoiced a second time for the same amount for 3 things, car fire, extrication and hazmat. None of these services were rendered to me. I contacted *** again and they are telling me that since the responsible party's insurance did not respond to or pay the invoiced amount, I should contact the individual directly. I told them I was not responsible to do that and provided a contact phone number to the insured at fault. I told the company once again that I was not responsible for these charges and will not be paying. I told them any further contact would be ignored and no payments would be issued.

Three Checks were sent to me as the executer of the estate of ***************************** made out to the deceased. As the executer, the checks needed to made out to my name (****************************************). Called the company as they said to void and return the checks along with ****'s death certificate and will stating I was the executer. This was done in August of 2023. Despite numerous calls to company and assurances that the checks were in the process, no checks have been sent. Very poor customer service and constantly transferred to different departments saying ***** knows how to handle. Despite asking, never connected to a manager.

I was billed for an emergency abulance ride to the hospital. The billing company made errors on the billing statement and thus insurance denied claim. I have called the company 3 times. They refuse to correct errors.

May 2023 initial interaction with Paramedic Billing Services: Initial bill $5,450 - I called them, spoke with *********, provided her my insurance information. Was told to disregard initial bill notice, as new one will be provided after insurance processes the claim. July, 2023 received the final bill to be paid $1,090 out of packet. Astronomical payment, especially after insurance paid $4,360 already. I spoke to my BCBS PPO insurance provider and asked if the final bill could be reduced. They told me the billing provider is the one who can make the decision not my insurance because this is their "high" bill that drove this huge premium. I tried calling Paramedic Billing Services numerous times, left messages for supervisor whom never even called me back. I spoke with very bad service representatives ****************** who where the only ones picking up the phone every time I called. They told me they would reduce the price for someone without insurance, but not to someone who has insurance. That's pure discrimination! I work & pay my full time coverage insurance and I have no way of reducing my payment based on that fact. But someone who doesn't work, and never paid insurance get's a lowered bill. Why are residence who are responsible, working, paying bills on time being panelized/mistreated most of the time?
