    I have tried contacting the business regarding the money that they owe me from the washing machine cards. The cards stop working after a couple of uses and we have to constantly keep buying new cards. Although we had all of the cards we mailed them in and they sent us replacements. The existing cards have money that they say they cant see in their system. I have been trying to get this resolved for months and the customer service representatives lie to me every single time they tell me to call at 4pm to get a refund and until recently I was told that they close at 4. This is only one of the couple of lies they have told me. The representative ****** told me that the best they could do was give me $20. I will not take this as an ********** need a full amount of everything we have paid for. It seems like they may just be pocketing the money for all I know. Also the laundry machines stop working and those cards still get charged and they refuse to give me my money for that as well. They have told me in the past that they would be sending me a check months later and Im still waiting. Not to mention their machines never work and they take a very long time to fix it.

    *********** *** at ************************************************ has the contract to maintain the laundry equipment at the apt complex where I live. Since the time the equipment was installed it has had problems with mold. No matter what we do, the machines and our clothes reek of the smell. The spin cycle doesn't properly spin the load, I have been reporting the Error code E:06, to the company for years. They have still not properly fixed the washer. The entire bldg smells, the drier went unfixed for over a month when their repairman supposedly fixed it each week, only to try it afterwards and find it was still not fixed. I repeatedly reported that the heating element wasn't working. They take our money but fail to fix the machines. I have reported problems over and over again to the company and the apt mgt which just tells me to report it to the company. When I reported it in past, I was refunded once the first yr and told that no one else in my blg has complained. This has been on-going for over 5 yrs and 4 of those yrs they refused to refund my money. It has cost me $10 to wash and partially dry 1 load. Their repairman comes out, doesn't fix it, doesn't put a out of order sign on it and we continue to loose more money. There are some 800 apts here and I have no idea how many machines but I'm positive they are all having the same problems. I have a neighbor who has been dealing with the same problems. I'm sick of them getting paid for machines that do not work. This apt complex is poorly maintained and under staffed. It is managed by ****************** The laundry equipment is just one of many problems but I'm tired of being taken advantage and ripped off. I'm a senior citizen on disability, living in low income housing paying over $900 a month rent for an apt that they only spot treat for pests, and broken laundry equip. and I can't handle lugging my laundry to a laundry mat every week. I've numerous photos to document the times the washer has failed. I'm not the only one.
