    I gave my fingerprints (paid service) for obtaining my criminal records from ************ on July 26th. The records were meant for my work ***** hence sensitive and time dependent. I received my records in 4 days. However, the address line had my name spelled wrong as well as the zip code was wrong. I contacted ************ and they told me to contact the Biometric Corp. to correct that mistake. Note that they take my Drivers license for identification, hence it was an error on Biometric part. I contacted Biometric via email to kindly correct it and I explained very clearly that I need this document for my ***** Firstly, they argued that it is just a mistake in address lines, hence I should ignore it. Then I explained that this document needs to go through government channels, then they replied " In order to make the correction on this type of file you would need to be reprinted. Since it is only the mailing address, this would be a billable service.". My paperwork has been delayed a lot because of this. And at the end, they haven't even corrected it. Why should I pay for their mistake? The customer service team doesn't make any sense to me.Note: I have all the emails from them. I am not uploading them here as my private information is on it.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business made a mistake. Took money and didn't deliver. Why would I trust them again! I need to be refunded. Where is my refund information

    We have all customers review the data we enter to help reduce human error. We attempted to resolve the issue to the best of our ability and we are charged for every file we submit. No further action will be taken. Sorry that we didn't provide the service to your satisfaction, but we hope you'll give us another try in the future. Best Regards

    I am rejecting this response because: The business claims wrong. Their representative entered all the information and did not show us to verify. They have cameras in their center to prove it. Not my fault. Business fault, hence they should refund me. Also, what a false claim!! Really bad business practice.
