      I purchased an electric motor for my air compressor on 7/11/2022 from Ingersoll rand i gave them my credit card number and the cost of the motor with freight was $2792.68.I received the motor and installed it in the air compressor. The end of June 2023 i started to have problems with it tripping by breaker and shutting down this compressor runs two robots on my Dairy farm that milk my cows so when this is down my cows don't get milked big problem loss of income. The original motor lasted 8 years this didn't last 1 year. I paid an electrine to come up and look at my breakers to make sure what is wrong, he found the motor to be the problem so i called Ingersoll rand where i purchased it left a message and sent an email and no one returned my call or email so i looked up *********** phone number to a different department looking for warranty still no luck i kept getting passed around to people and no one would let me know what kind of warranty i had and how to get it fixed i kept calling and sending emailed for a couple months with no one responding then clear out the blue i believe in November they called me saying they did an audit and found i didn't pay for it but i have a slip from them saying prepaid but the biggest issue was to find out what they were going to do about standing behind their product and no one will answer me what my warranty was or how the will take care of it so i have been fighting with them in regards to this in the meantime i had to buy another air compressor so i can milk my cows and i had and repair shop look at motor and it's going to cost about $1000.00 to fix not even a year old? So now instead of answering me and helping stand behind their product and warranty they send the bill to a collection agent. How ever i did finally get an answer from someone saying i had a year warranty on my motor throw a phone call back in November and i asked how that would be handle and they said they would get back to me and still waiting for answers.

      Purchased a compressor from company with warranty 9/20/2021. When the product stopped working, contacted company who sent out a third party repair company called ********. ******** failed to fix the problem and reported that there are no parts available to fix the air compressor as they are on "backorder". Months have gone by as well as many many emails between myself and Ingersoll but no resolution has been made. ********* only continues to refer to ******** and ignore the fact that ******** has discarded my claim for lack of parts. I have requested to speak to leadership but ********* only gives **** number and refuses to either acknowledge the issue or assist with replacement parts. I have asked ********* for a replacement compressor and a refund but was denied. They are unable to honor their warranty due to lack of parts and unwilling to make the situation right
