    Pathetic excuse for a lawyer. Charges three times as a good lawyer. Does no follow up, not knowledgeable on real estate law and deceives clients to urge them for litigation.

    His billing hrs. Are unimaginable. What he files in court, his communications with other party etc. to CC you as his client is extra hrs charges. I have been self employed for very many years and have used many different attorneys, never one like this. His billing system is the one that I be never seen. And to explain his billing also will cost money. Its a money making machine. If you have to use your hard earned money at right place, I will never recommend to anyone.
