    04/21/25 Jiffy Lube #*** Cost $66.7 INV #******-Oil Change for ****** Impreza 05/03/25 Noticed smoke coming from hood, smelt like burnt oil. Engine was hot. Went back to Jiffy Lube. **** acknowledged oil around oil filter, under hood, below & around engine. Oil filter was replaced, tried to clean up using washer fluid. Said that possibly the filter was not tightened properly during the oil change on 4/21/25. They could not clean up the rest of the oil spillage.05/04/25 Delta Sonic#**** Cost $100.00 Took car to Delta Sonic for and engine detail wash/degreaser to remove spilt oil. Engine was cleaned up without removing parts. Test drove car, smoke still coming from under hood and engine getting hotter. Delta Sonic suggested not safe to drive since engine was overheating, take it to mechanic.05/05/25 Grand ****** Serv Dep. Cost $1,119.63 INV#****** Ran diagnostics, determined oil has gotten inside exhaust manifold, contaminated sound deadening mat. Removed exhaust manifold, clean heat *******, replaced mats, cleaned excess oil left over. Performed multi-point inspection.05/07/25: Picked up car from ******, drove to Jiffy Lube gave them diagnostics & bill. Spoke to ****, manager ***** was not there. Left them documentation, pictures of damage from oil change. Spoke to ***** back & forth for over a week with no results. Said she spoke to regional manager, *****. Said she took photos of the documents with her phone & emailed *****. After a week I called her back (5/13/25) ***** stated that they are not responsible.I am asking for help to get reimbursement for the damage they caused to fix the ****** Impreza. If I did not take it to Delta Sonic and have the engine washed, and repaired by ****** Service Department, it may have caused a fire and injured my family.Thank you.

    On August 8, 2023, I visited a jiffy lube to see why my tire rim was heating up and causing my car to not run over 30mph. The mechanic **** informed me that its my brakes and they need to be replaced. I told him i already had those brakes replaced a few months ago, so it has to be something else. He told me that let him inspect it a little more. About 30 minutes later he said it was the brakes and they needed to be replaced. however my caliber is also messing up. he said he will see if he can save it. He won't know until i drive it for a few days. I told him ok. Let's get the brakes replaced now and if indeed it is the caliber. I will come back and get it replaced to. Of course, the problem persisted. I went back on Aug 18th and was told i had to go to a sister locater on York rd to get the caliber replaced because the mechanics left for the day. I agreed and drove there. They replaced the caliber for me and 2 days later. The problem happen again with my tire. I finally gave up and went to a mechanic near my job. They told me it was my brake hose and sure enough it was. Now my car problem is fixed. I requested $600 in refund from jiffy lube. They are avoiding my calls and being very disrespectful. I am a Healthcare Worker and I need my car everyday. I am on Emergency most nights and I can not get there because of limited funds after having to pay for repairs I did not need. I need help in this matter asap. I need my money for gas and food. Currently I have noting/. I am forced to ride a 3hr bus commute to and from work Monday thru Friday. I am getting overwhelmed and exhausted. I have all Receipts including the one from the New Auto Shop stating the actual issue to my car's tire.

    On 10/1/2022, I got an oil change and a transmission flush on my **** Mercury Grand ******* at Jiffy Lube location 203. A few months later, I noticed a problem with my transmission and immediately took the car to my mechanic, *****, at *****'s Auto in ******** On Friday, 4/21/2023, ***** sent me a picture of my transmission dipstick showing no transmission fluid and informed me that my fourth gear was burnt and I needed a new transmission. He also informed me there was no transmission fluid leak so the only cause for no fluid would be that Jiffy Lube didn't properly add the transmission fluid after doing the flush. My transmission was able to run for a few months with no fluid before it burnt out. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with the manager, *****, who told me he would have the owner call me. A few weeks later, I called back, again speaking to *****, and this time he told me I had to go through Corporate. After filing a complaint through Corporate, they told me I have to take it up with the owner. So I called and spoke with ***** again, and again he told me he would have the owner call me. A few weeks later, after still not hearing from the owner, I called ***** again and this time requested the owner's phone number. I was given an email address which I emailed but never received a response. I would like the owner to explain to me how this is not Jiffy Lube's fault or to take responsibility and fix my transmission.
