    I order from this company Wednesday or thursday last week and I paid for the fastest shipping that costed me ***** I believe so my product should have been at my house Saturday for sure and here it is about to be Monday in a hour and still have nothing . They have a number to text to contact them at and the number has never gotten back to me . I never received an email on any of my accounts with a receipt or anything so I could track the order so I dont even know if my order is even coming. But I was most definitely charged for it. I would for one like to get my package and two have my shipping fee credited towards my next purchase .

    I ordered 10 vapes from this business and they sent me 2. But they had no problem charging me for 10. They do not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. I also tried to submit a contact on their website and have gotten no response. They either need to send the rest of the products or credit me for what they did not send me!

    I never received my product and I tried to contact the seller several times about shipment

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
