      Thank you BBB for being here for consumers. I am speaking on the behalf of my father whose peace has been broken from his experience with ************* of P.O. Box 625 Manhattan, ** ***** I have spent quite a lot of emotional energy handling the mental and emotional that my father had with A.L.M. business. Please see my review on YELP that displays the incidence and how it was handled by the owner. If you don't have the chance to check it out, the owner, ***************, starts his reply letter very demeaning and continues to lessen the felt-experience of his customer, my father, had. I am very rattled to the extent that I used my valuable free time to write a yelp review, with BBB, create a ****** Review, and inform the ** community. This is a great learning point for myself and for everyone else to learn from before they choose this business.
