    We had hired ****** to have the inspection done on the property on 06/18/2024. He was recommended. First of all he's the most unpleasant, rude and grumpy person. He did a terrible job. He missed 4 foundation cracks that were visible from the outside. He didn't mention that there were very visible stains on the carpet in the basement secondary to 2 huge foundation cracks. He refused to mention that there is a possible rodents issue in the house and may be suggest having that evaluated professionally. He didn't mention that one of the basement windows wouldn't close properly and needed to be replaced asap. He didn't mention that the dishwasher was not installed properly and difficult to operate with leaning to one side, thus leaking water when in use. He refused to mention that the entire first flooring was not done properly and had multiple parts that were moving and hidden by the previous owners with filled spaces glue. He didn't see that the door into the house and the front door wouldn't close properly unless you move them back and force several times. He stated in his inspection that the garage door is in a good condition and working well, but it's in a terrible condition and needs to be fixed. He said that the roof is in a good condition but I had to fix some part of it within a month after we purchased the house because of leakage issue. I would like ****** to return my inspection fee $550 multiply by 2. We are in a huge loss because of his mistakes and it would not have happened if he was competent enough in his job.
