    Purchased multipass, and they will not compensate passes On May 31, 2025, I visited this establishment for a standard car wash and initially experienced no issues. However, I noticed a small piece of dirt overlooked during the service and courteously requested an employee address ita minor ask, or so I ********** my astonishment, the manager confronted me aggressively, boasting of his 30 years in the industry as if my simple request was an affront. His inability to handle feedback professionally was matched only by his failure to ensure a thorough cleaning.Rather than resolving the issue, he escalated a trivial matter into a needless dispute.The situation deteriorated further at payment. Despite my purchase of a multi-car wash passmade in good faith due to prior positive experiencesthe manager continued to treat me with blatant disrespect. The owner then refused to refund my pass, effectively defrauding me.This appalling display of unprofessionalism and poor customer service has irrevocably tarnished my view of this business.I intend to pursue a full refund and will take all necessary steps to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately.

    hi , thanks for reaching out about this situation. this gentlemen was in on the date mentioned. and yes there is always two sides  to everystory . there was no owner on duty that day his interaction was with a manger. from what i was told to me from my manager,  that this customer did point out an area of concern , which happens very regulary because we are human and we all make mistakes. from my understanding the situation arose when the customer spoke arrogantly and aggresively towards the manager . admittedly the manager could have possible de-ecalated the situation but it is difficult when you have an unreasonable customer that lacks  respect for the service industry. he obviously liked our service enough to buy a prepaid  wash ticket that are not refundably but are transferrable . the customer was made aware of this option. but instead he immediatley jumped on two social media platforms and gave us a 1 star review. out of good faith and against our company policy i'm  willing to split the difference  of the the dispute.  on the promise that he will never return again. if he feels this is reasonable have him email me at ************** , with his contact info and i will mail him a check.
