    I have called American PC Consultant ************ and ****** ************ and dropped the box to his office (*************************************************************************), on June 26, 2023. The box contains an estimate of $4000 merchandise including children's jeans, shoes, clothes, and toys. Adult technology such as cell phones, laptop computers and accessories. I called ****** on October 6th 2023 to see if the box was delivered. He gave me ******** number as some guy who is supposed to deliver the box. I called ****** but did not answer. I called ****** again February 10, 2024 he asked me to text him the address on the box. I did. He texted me the number of ******. I called ****** *************. Finally ****** reached back on April 18th 2024. He asked for the box pictures. I sent the pictures on April 20th 2024. I called again when I did not hear from ******. When he picked up the phone, he said that the storage unit in ***** looks empty to him. I called ****** and he said he will call ******.I called ****** on April 26th 2024 and he said that I never paid him.I went to my ********** and took a snapshot and sent the $100 payment record in red. I called him. On April 27th 2024 ****** Saint-***** sent me a text that said we were not able to complete your $100 transaction via Zelle Payment. I called him again but he did not answer. I sent a text asking whether I need to pay again and what would be the outcome after paying. He never answers. I called other people who used that business. They said the same thing happened to them. I called this morning both ****** and ****** did not answer.I have been patient and respectful but how far shall we tolerate mediocrity and or scam?I would like to know how we will solve this mediocre, untrustworthy business problem?

    The package was brought to American PC location ************************************* on 6/26/2023

    A payment of $100 was sent via zelle to ****** Saint ***** the same day 6/26/2023. The payment was cleared right away and was processed on my chase bank account on 6/27/2023.

    I complained to ****** and ****** via Whatsapp and regular phone calls and text  ****** 509.4949.0194 10/6/2023, 4/18/2024, 4/19/2024, 4/20/2024, 4/26/2024, Adrien 773.905.9481 2/10/2024, 10/6/2023, 4/26/2024, 4/27/2024

    $100 shipping fees was paid to Adrien Saint-***** on 6/26/2023

    A package was delivered to ****** Saint ***** at American PC Consulting location. The package was supposed to be shipped and supposed to be delivered to Anise Cadet in *********** ***** by ****** Saint ***** team within 3 months.
