    We had hired an electrical contractor on 7/29/2020. We had given him a deposit of $4000 along with other payments that he had requested from us for his job. He continued on prolonging our project and always refused to work with our other contractors as he agreed to do prior to be hired. So due to his negligence on following our expected time frame and his aggressive behavior towards our other contractors and us. We had decided to let him go. So which then we had hired a new electrical contractor to finish or finalize the job. We found out that the fired electrical contractor never connected any of the wirings correctly and completely which wouldve caused us to fail our inspection that was scheduled. So we had have the new electrical contractor complete all of the electrical work correctly and safely. This commercial space is being used for a daycare. And to have the old electrical contractor neglect his honor as a contractor Couldve caused us future problems. We are trying to get back all our money that we had given him for the service we assumed he did. But he never did anything. None of our outlets wore connected our fire alarm system wouldnt have worked properly due to his lack of proper electrical connection. Every time we are asking about our money back he continues to threaten us.

    I am rejecting this response because:we have payment made to the electrical company and Receipts of materials purchased. He continuously kept asking for money for a job that he wasnt doing. I had to hire another electrician to do the job he stated he did. I want my deposit and all the money we gave him for the project he didnt do. The reason of the delay had nothing to do with any financial situation it was due to covid and him delaying our job because he kept complaining that he was cold. It was a construction site there was no utilities available to open.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have text evidence between my husband and ********** which my husband is constantly trying to get him to work with other contractors as agreed. I will attach all text messages between my husband and ********** the electrical contractor. He continues to talk about our financial situation. If we had a financial problem, we would have not hired a different electrical contractor to complete and start the Job that ******************** to do. I want my full refund back! Attached is text conversation between my husband ************************* and **********. the green is My husband and the black is **********. He would also falsely claim hes at the daycare center working and we would have proof that he wasnt there. He always kept trying to get money from us claiming hes doing a job or that he needs to purchase materials but we never received any receipt or invoice of all his purchases that we gave him money for. We want all our money back. We have plenty more text conversations that we cant upload because we are limited.
