    People are waiting at ***************************, but the bus scheduled to depart at 11:15 am has not arrived. This is a recurring issue with this bus route it is consistently late and dirty, emitting a bad odor. Despite sending numerous emails to customer care (over 100 times), no action has been taken.     I have a complaint about the pace bus company. They seem to be short drivers, which would not be a problem, however, they have been short drivers since December. I was fired from my job at **** December 22, 2022 because the bus, my only form of transportation, was either late or just failed to show up on multiple occasions. When asked about the inconvenience I was given the same answer every time, that they were short drivers. Even still, they have a bus tracker that allows you to follow the bus to avoid a hassle. The bus tracker isnt even accurate, instead of telling you the bus is not coming, it just updates and pushes the time back. This has happened on not one, not 2, but 3 buses!!!! The 301, 330, and the 313 are all running on their own time and its a huge convenience. Especially being as though *** already lost one job behind this and now I have to be fearful of losing this job as well and I havent even started yet. I dont understand how 5 months have passed and they still havent fixed this issue. It literally makes no sense at all and its extremely inconvenient to the people who dont have a choice but to depend on it. Im not sure if they need a change in management or what but they have been a **** poor form of transportation since last year and it isnt getting ANY better and they dont seem to care. Right now Im sitting here, at the 313 bus schedule where I have been sitting for almost 2 hours because the 313 scheduled for 2:56 failed to show up like the one scheduled for 3:52. This is really becoming to be a major issue and Im not the only one to experience it. I have several friends who experience the exact same thing and there is no way we should all be dealing with this. NO WAY!!!!!
