    The legal department reached out to solve a financial solution with an account I had --25k. I felt it was wrong since I was under training; they reached out to solve it, but every time I followed the steps on my behalf, there was always a problem. I could not collect my funds deposited, and I always had to pay the fees. It is over 785 for each fee. I have paid fees twice based on their guidance; again, for the third time, they require fees to release the funds, but it was their mistake; they should cover the fees and are trying to say I don't want to cooperate with them since I don't want to pay the fees

    As we spoke just now, I am following up on your complaint that I received from the Better Business Bureau. It appears you've been scammed by someone who has stolen our company information (logo, name, trademark, contact information, etc) to fraudulently misrepresent my company. My company's website is ***************************************. You can find my personal LinkedIn here (******************************************************), and also see me and my entire team up on our team page here (***************************************about).

    We've seen a lot of fraudulent behavior come up because other people have notified us about this fraudulent website ************************************************;(DIFFERENT DOMAIN), that we've tried numerous times to shut down by submitting complaints to the **** FTC, and their hosting company.

    On our careers page (***************************************careers), we've also put a notice that says right on top trying to address these issues:

    At 97 Switch, we will never ask for your financial information to be considered for employment. We do not conduct interviews via application or text-based messaging, nor do we send checks to candidates for training and ask them to reimburse us.

    While I totally understand what you've been through is terrible, everything that has happened has not been at my company and we've done so many things to try to stop this fraudulent behavior.
