    On 3/26 I had one appointment with the psychiatrist. Since then I have been hounded by phone and email for $250 even though I have proven more than once to them that I was covered by ******** on 3/26. Since then I have filled for bankruptcy. Since I have notified them of this they are to stop contacting me. They have not stopped which is illegal. I will seek civil damages from them if they do not stop.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is simply untrue. My issue was not handled actively at all and the business never refunded anything, or apologized or did anything at all in an attempt to make things right with me.

    On 4/28/23 the ****************** which is riddled with complaints against it, charged my bank account a sum of *******$ for an over due balance that was never communicated with me. This was an unauthorized transaction that was taken without any warning or any effort to communicate a delinquency on an account that was caused by their billing error. It is absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and unsafe for a company to have the power to take everything from your checking account without any warning especially when the error that caused the balance was their own fault. Last year around the same time there was an error with the status of my automated billing in which it was switched off without my knowledge and I accrued a large balance which I then was resolved with an automated payment plan. That automated payment plan also failed to be put in by them which resulted in an even higher balance. This entire time I was still able to book and schedule therapy appointments and not a single person from their office ever let me know that no payments were being ran. I have support from a therapist in office about the decision being unilaterally made by a hospital manager that refuses to even contact with any transparency regarding the situation. In her opinion it is agreed there should have been several steps before reaching into a patients bank account with out warning.

    I cannot discuss an account specifically due to confidentiality.  I can tell you for sure that any billing mistakes made by my previous billing company were not made with my knowledge but the company was fired last May 2023, and all refunds were provided.
