As an outsourced accounting company that helps small business owners not feel as confused or scared by their company's numbers, having a clear way to accept payments in a swift way is a critical piece to showing we walk the walk, not just talk the talk. I know that EPNA provides us a great way to accept payments online that, on the whole, incur lower fees than your typical big box payment processing provider. EPNA did a great job transitioning us from our existing merchant account to their system. They resolved all the hiccups quickly, and we had a few hurdles. The website is easy to use, especially the virtual terminal and reports. I recommend this company to anyone processing credit card payments via virtual terminal.
