      "We had a terrible experience with this company as tenants. Our disposal unit broke and flooded the kitchen on a Sunday. We contacted them on our landlord's recommendation, paying extra for emergency service. However, their technician couldn't fix it until the next morning. They replaced the unit but took away the old one without our request. When our landlord refused to pay, we asked for a letter stating that the replacement was necessary per their technician's assessment. We also requested the return of the old disposal to leave for our landlord at the end of our lease. They refused both reasonable requests. I advise staying away from this company at all costs.

      ***** you placed a emergency service Sunday December 3rd on the Emergency Line for a flood in the Kitchen. The rates for emergency service are stated in the message you heard when the call was placed. You were made aware two times that the call is COD. You were untruthful stating the landlord approved the service call. When the invoice was sent the the landlord he requested you to pay because he was not made aware of the service call. We have email proof. The assessment was made on the 3rd that the disposal was bad and you agreed for service on the 4th to replace. At no time was there mention of leaving the old disposal and company policy is to remove from home unless otherwise directed by the owner. You demanded this week that you wanted the old back and I informed you that the unit was recycled when the tech returned for the day. We appreciate the payment this week and have emailed all documents to landlord and you on 12-20-2023. Thank you
