    -April 2024 - purchased six month gym membership to YMCA ($759)-May 2024 - called YMCA and told them I no longer wanted membership, stopped attending ****************** (2024 and 2025), without my consent, contractual obligation, or knowledge, YMCA fraudulently auto enrolls me in renewals ($759 & $792)-During this period I never went to Y once -Feb 2025 I contact YMCA, they refund $759, but only refund $792

    I'm filing a complaint against mcg0aw Ymca for purposely having issues with its facilities every time I come to the gym today I came to the gym 09/21/23 to workout and when I get there both their sauna and steam room are not working and thus have been going on continuously since I joined their membership if I'm paying for a membership I expect to be able to access all facilities with no issues seeing that type of revenue ymca is bringing in every time I come to the gym there is a issue with me coming to the gym last month I was denied access to the gym and a employee did not even want me to workout upstairs when the locker room was under maintenance where i had miss most of the month and they didnt want to give a refund or discount on my membership for the inconvenience not working out and before that they shut the upstairs down claiming supposedly part of gym had caught fire why is there every time I come to the gym there is a issue with the facilities I truly believe ymca is being bias toward me for whatever reason and is constantly doing this to affect me I'm trying my best to stay consistent and accomplish my goals of losing weight but every time I come to the gym and the there a issue how is that gonna help me or any other person who is coming to this place if they have issue with me and they don't want me to go to their gym let me know and i will go ***** where cause im.noy buying somethings wrong every time I use one the facilities then the next day It just mysteriously shutdown .
