    This lady is a full fraudster. First she doesnt use the products she says she is using - charging you hundreds of dollars for nothing. Secondly- she had an emergency and borrowed money for 2 days! 2 days has turned into 3 months. What a dishonest and pathetic person- she has no ethics and is a complete fraud

    I had one of the worst experiences ever at this spa, and I strongly advise against going there. When I called to book my appointment, the owner seemed desperate to get me in. When I arrived, the clinic was completely empty, dirty, and disorganized. She was very pushy about not using Groupon, claiming that she would lose too much money. That should have been my first red flag. I was supposed to get thread lifts, but after numbing my face with anesthesia, she refused to show me the threads. During the procedure, she kept opening drawers like she couldn’t find what she needed. At one point, she even left the room and I could hear her rummaging through another office. After a long wait, she came back and, suspiciously, could only show me an empty-looking box, which she wouldn’t open. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure, and when she finished, she just taped up my face. There was absolutely NO change in my appearance. I’ve had thread lifts done before with another doctor, and I could both see and feel the difference immediately. But with this woman, nothing happened. When I questioned her, she just told me to wait four weeks for results, which was clearly an excuse. To make matters worse, she claimed her card machine wasn’t working and insisted I pay her via Zelle, probably to secure the money directly. I’ve texted her since, and she completely ignores me. This woman is a scammer and a thief! She has no professionalism and clearly takes advantage of her clients. I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t even have the threads in the first place. Now I’m worried she may have done something harmful to my face. It’s obvious why she has so many terrible reviews. She should lose her license before she scams or harms more people. Stay far away from this place!
