You are a quite skilled at putting thought to word and we are thankful to be on the receiving side of that gift. When we first started working together on recovering the funds you had been working with another company that was giving you the run around for over a year. They may have had good intentions but the reality was they didn't have the knowledge or the legal partnerships to get the job done. I want to thank you for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to take your case over. We found out that there were two junior lien holders on title that were being very limited in communicating with the banks office to satisfy their loans. So we and our attorney stepped in, got them to provide the payoff letters, which wasn't easy or quick, and got the over $45k of funds recovered. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to work with a company like this. I got completely screwed over for a foreclosure, but ****** and his team really helped me through getting these funds to aid in starting a new life for myself. Anyone I spoke to was genuine and kind! Even when I was going through the worst of it, ****** would communicate with me just to help me not be so consumed by everything. You were upset with the bank and at that time was not looking to recover the funds but find a way to get your house back and make the bank take responsibility for their errors. ****** and his team were amazing. When a situation like mine comes around I was overwhelmed with calls from people trying to get me my money. I had a lengthy conversation with ******. He shared lots with me outside of just trying to get my business. ****** is a very Godly man and puts his faith at the forefront of his business. I feel like God put me and ****** together to work out my unique situation. ***** kept me updated every step of the way. When I was unsure if the money would ever come ****** was right there to assure me they wouldnt stop until I got my funds. The banks office took us for a ride first saying we needed to open Probate and then switching strides saying they were interpleading the funds. Recently, I was involved in an estate recovery transaction. This occurs when someone in your family passes and due to state guidelines has to through probate. This was a very long, tedious process, the firm I was working with, never would return my calls or email to advise on current status! I was getting very frustrated by this and took about 4 years to finalize.Earlier last year, *** from Nationwide Fund Recovery, reached out to me. I explained my *********************** level. He went over in detail, what it would take to change to his team. I said I would think about it and would get back to him. There would be penalties and expenses incurred. So, after much thought, I called ***, and told him I was going to stay where I was, due to charges and fees. He truly understood, and said his team would be reaching out to me on a monthly basis, for progress notes.I was so surprised, they did each and every month. So this week the funds were finally processed! I was so excited! I called ***, and shared the great news! He was just as excited to hear of the finalization of the estate. I told ***, if it wasn't for his team, I probably would have given up! They were kind, caring and treated me like I was their customer!!I would definitely recommend this team to anyone going through this process.
